Tailored for clinics and healthcare facilities (aesthetics, dentistry, rehabilitation, health check centers, etc.), our specialized Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system streamlines management for branches, healthcare professionals, and patients. It records treatments comprehensively, including electronic form signing, educational materials, and pre/postoperative images. The system also supports class sales and invoice issuance, enhancing internal management and doctor-patient relationships.

The Daycare Assessment System improves the current long-term care system by providing a complete individualized care service plan. It includes detailed measurement records for effective care management and allows for efficient dispatch and quality service management. The system’s digitalization enables systematic big data analysis, addressing current pain points in daycare services.

E-paper has the characteristics of low power consumption and zero self-emission, and not create additional light source, hence will not affect patient’s rest.

Upon hospital admission, patients undergo various examinations such as CT scans and ultrasounds, posing challenges for doctors and nursing staff to locate them. Our “Smart Patient Tracking System” integrates with hospital systems, allowing healthcare personnel to swiftly locate patients using medical record or room numbers. The system also streamlines visit registration through patient wristband barcodes and QR codes.

Integrated with the hospital HIS, our “Smart Medication Delivery System” efficiently matches and arranges home delivery for patients with chronic conditions and continuous prescriptions. Pharmacists provide doorstep delivery of prescribed medications, gaining insights into medication usage and offering information. The system enables hospitals to monitor patient medication pickups and coordinate healthcare professionals for regular remote monitoring.

Case

Efficient and precise, assisting in enhancing the sense of safety on the NCKU campus.

In this assistance in setting up the campus safety operations center, all surveillance cameras and emergency kiosk locations across the campus were reevaluated, arranged, and integrated into a visualized operational interface. This enables a more intuitive and rapid process for clarifying and identifying issues. For example, instead of sequentially searching through individual camera feeds as done previously, the system now allows for simultaneous monitoring with electronic maps and multiple surveillance monitors. The time required for addressing a single issue has been reduced from 3 to 4 days to 3 to 4 hours. Taking the Panshi Fleet case as an example, where it was necessary to clarify the contacts of confirmed cases, the on-campus investigation was completed within two days. Initially, a basketball team member was believed to require isolation, but after reviewing the basketball court footage to clarify contacts, it was confirmed that isolation was unnecessary. Instead, attention was redirected to searching for 13 other individuals, both on and off-campus, who had played basketball together. This approach greatly enhances the timeliness and effectiveness of issue clarification and confirmation.
