Tunghai University, striving towards becoming a world-class EMBA program, held the “EMBA Dance of Flowers Exhibition-Concert” on March 26th. Billion-dollar chairpersons such as Chairman Peng Shuang-lang of AU Optronics and Chairman Chen Chih-hung of BenQ Group gathered together. In the future, Chairman Chen will serve as a distinguished professor, contributing to the cultivation of high-level managerial talents needed in Taiwan’s business community. Professor Hsu En-deh, the EMBA program director, expressed belief in the close collaboration between academia and industry, which not only fosters talent development but also assists senior executives in seeking solutions in the classroom.

President Chang Guo-en of Tunghai University pointed out that the EMBA program at Tunghai University has proposed goal-oriented transformations, integrating cross-disciplinary innovation modules, micro-credits, projects, and integrations (capstone), and pioneering student-centered innovative teaching methods. Professors break away from traditional teaching methods by providing the most essential learning content through a buffet-style teaching module. Dean Lee Shu-hang of the College of Management at Tunghai University added that the buffet-style teaching module breaks away from the traditional course selection model, allowing students to select courses according to their individual needs. This precise teaching method is the most flexible in adapting to management techniques in the technological era. The EMBA program introduces Stanford-style project-based learning methods, integrates coaching counseling models, incorporates liberal arts characteristics, and launches unique precision modularized courses.
